Haiti was full of so many great experiences. From the connections that we formed with the VBS kids, to the smiles we received from the locals as we walked down the streets, to sharing the Word through our VBS and prayer times, or to bringing laughter to the girls at the orphanage. It was an absolutely incredible opportunity to serve. One of the best experiences of the week for me was watching those in our group exercise their faith and watching our group develop friendships that will last long after our week in Haiti has come to a close. These close knit relationships enabled us to support one another to be the change we wish to see in Haiti, across the world and back home. A wonderful experience for sure!
