ย My Adventures in Mission trip was incredible. From the top down, our group was amazing. From our awesome leaders, Lee and Ray, to our diverse team members. We became family very quickly. Perhaps my favorite experience was when we encountered a younger lady and her mother. She had three young children. She immediately welcomed us and said it was her honor and duty as a servant of God to welcome us into her home. We had the privilege of praying with the mother for their family and country. Shortly after our prayer another family member came to join us. She said she wanted this prayer we had with the others. She had been running from God and wanted to make things right with God. She gave her heart back to the Lord and the younger sister started sing scripture songs. There was such a peace and joy in the house. There is no greater experience than being a part of a lost child's reunion to their Heavenly father. I want this experience to become the normal for our lives everyday. I have been encouraged and inspired to share the message of God's kingdom wherever we go. I want to have the same boldness that believers here in Haiti have. A heart that seeks Jesus.first and trust that our Father will work all things for our good, with no plan B.
